As well as queen of the TV screen, Cole has been hailed as a style icon, appearing on the covers of British Vogue and Elle amongst other various publications. Aswell as her appearances, Style Network voted her 'best dressed woman of the year' and 'Style icon of the decade' with FHM naming her 'Sexiest Woman in the World'in their 2009 sexiest Women poll. The same year it was announced Cole was to become the face of L'Oreal.
